
As per IATA study, worldwide Middle East region witnessed the highest air passenger growth at over 11% and in order to maintain this growth a large pool of skilled personnel would be required.
In order to emphasize the need for trained manpower, F&E Aerospace, organizer of Dubai Airshow is highlighting the requirement of skilled professionals in the civil and military aerospace industry at the first ever Aerospace and Defence Training Show or ADTS. The show will take place on 3rd and 4th March and will provide a platform for youth and their parents to discuss career opportunities with a number of institutes and companies present at the venue.
Also during the conference Air Arabia and Ayla Aviation representatives will be discussing issues regarding engaging youth in the aviation industry whereas Airbus and Oxford Aviation Academy, Sweden will discuss about the best technology and teaching methods available today. The show will also be featuring international exhibitors such as Aviation Australia from Queensland and CAE of Montreal which have entered into agreements for sourcing, recruiting and training more than 600 cadet pilots for Jazeera Airways, Kingfisher Airlines and Wizz Air. Till now the Aerospace Week has attracted more than eighty airlines, over two hundred exhibitors and around six thousand visitors.
