Fly Baja
The launch of BajaAerospace.org - an informational website created to attract attention to the growing number of aerospace companies operating in Baja California, Mexico - was announced at an international aerospace conference in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Topics covered by the industry-led effort include:
* Detailed information from the Baja California and Mexican Federal governments on aerospace industry investments in Mexico;
* Profiles and contacts for aerospace industry companies currently operating in Baja California; and,
* Updated information about ongoing talks between the United States and Mexico to negotiate a Bilateral aviation safetylinks Agreement (BASA) that will allow Mexico-based companies to produce safety-certified components for U.S. aerospace manufacturers.

Nearly half of Mexico's aerospace-related companies are located in Baja California, just minutes from Southern California. For what's available, visit BajaAerospace.org.
