Flying on a Spring Day

It's spring in my neck of the woods and that means flying weather. (Well, it is everywhere according to the calendar. But I mean it really IS spring here.) I got the opportunity to go up and take a passenger who had never flown in a light aircraft before. In spite of my best efforts to get her to throw up (Heh, heh!), she accorded herself very well. Her one word to me was: AWESOME! Of course, I can't remember if that was before or after she kissed the ground and yelled "Land!"
