The AOPA Air Safety Foundation offers a aviation safety program called Seminar-in-a-Box. It's an all-in-one kit designed to help local pilots conduct their own quality safety seminars.

They can be used for monthly safety and membership meetings, as well as be a useful tool for organizations to expand their contacts with area pilots.

Topics include:

  • airspacelinks Refresher

  • Collision Avoidance

  • Fuel Awareness

  • GPS for VFR Operations

  • Maneuvering Flight

  • Operations at Towered Airports

  • Ups and Downs of Takeoffs and Landings

  • Weather Tactics, and more.

Some of the topics require a CFI to lead it, but others can be led by any experienced private pilot. The coolest thing is that the kits are free and can be ordered online. You have to pay $24.95 for shipping though.
