Should Cell Phones Be Allowed in the Cockpit?

AOPA is telling the FCC that cell phone use in the cockpit by GA pilots should be allowed, and now.

The FCC is considering changing its ruling. I'd like to know what you think. Should cell phones be allowed? Are they being used already to your knowledge?
