Skydivers Want to Swoop into Small Town
A small town in idaholinks will look even smaller to its visitors if a skydiving business gets the Buhl City Council to approve an expansion of the business there.

Paul and Denise Janes already own and operate two skydiving businesses in Oregon and two in Idaho. After they learned that many of their Idaho clients were travelling from Buhl to take their leaps, the couple decided to bring the market to the demand.

The council is examining the couple's business plan and their substantial credentials.
Paul Janes is the only tandem instructor/examiner in Idaho as well as a static line instructor, safety and training adviser and has a United States Parachute Association PRO Exhibition rating. He has more than 7,300 jumps since his first one in 1993. He also is a commercial and multiengine pilot.

His wife made her first jump in 1999 and has jumped more than 1,900 times. She is a private pilot, static line instructor, videographer and also holds the USPA PRO exhibition rating.

The council will vote on the proposal Dec. 11. Thanks to the Twin Falls Times-News.
