Two Singapore Airplanes Clip Wings
Talk about a close call. On Saturday, two Singapore Airlines clipped wings when taxiing. Luckily, no one was injured and either plane suffered damage.

"Investigations are underway into the cause, and the pilots of both flights are assisting with those investigations," the spokesman said in an email.

The planes, which were headed for Romelinks and Copenhagen, suffered minor damages, the spokesman said. The 420 passengers on board were transferred to other planes, and their flights were delayed by about three hours.

Singapore Airlines has 68 B777 in its fleet of 93 planes, making it the world's biggest operator of this aircraft type.
