YouTube has certainly opened the world up to our view, but I think this pilot needs to widen his vista a little.

This flight video is described as:

This pilot passes through a mountain gap that is barely big enough for the plane. This takes guts, nice to watch.

Judging by the comments, most viewers would disagree with the "nice to watch" bit. What do you think?

Do stunts like this hurt the image of private piloting or attract more people to flying? Let us know your opinion.

my first impression was, "what an idiot"! Such a stupid risk to take for no benefit! I could perhaps see more sense in risking your life climbing Everest or even playing high stakes russian roulette...
